Living with history

330 years old

Das Chalet Ida ist im Erdgeschoss eines neu renovierten Hauses, das mehr als 330 Jahre alt ist und schon als Schule und Widum gedient hat.

The 160 m² apartment has preserved its history: the old vault in the kitchen and hallway and a unique stone pine parlor tell of the past. But of course everything is up to date. Starting from the kitchen, handmade by a Tyrolean carpenter to three bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one bedroom there is also a sofa bed for a child, so there is room for a total of 6 adults and one child (up to 14 years). A large bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine are also equipped with the most modern facilities.

But the apartment is not only charming inside: it opens onto a spacious terrace and a large orchard – a paradise for children too.

Carefully renovated

Thanks to the careful renovation, the apartment is now on the very latest state of the art, and at the same time, it does not deny its age: a cozy farmhouse parlor and ancient arched ceilings point to distant times.

Barrier-free accessible

Kitchen, all rooms, as well as bathroom and toilet are barrier-free accessible, a terrace invites you to sunbathe. There are restaurants, a grocery store, doctor and pharmacy in the village.
