Living with history

330 years old

The Chalet Ida is on the ground floor of a newly renovated house that is more than 330 years old and has already served as a school and widum.

The 160 m² apartment has kept its history: the old arch in the kitchen and hallway and a unique stone pine room tell of the past. But of course, everything is up to date. From the kitchen, handmade by a Tyrolean carpenter to three bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one bedroom there is an additional bunk bed suitable for adults so that a total of eight people can be accommodated. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine are also furnished in a modern style.

But the apartment is not only charming inside: it opens onto a spacious terrace and a large orchard – a paradise for children too.

Carefully renovated

Thanks to the careful renovation, the apartment is now on the very latest state of the art, and at the same time, it does not deny its age: a cozy farmhouse parlor and ancient arched ceilings point to distant times.
